When you set up an account and order merchandise, we ask for your e-mail address, name, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number and expiration date so that we can process and ship your order. All of this information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology and transmitted over and stored on secure servers for maximum protection. Your credit card information is sent to your financial institution for verification and transaction approval. If you would rather give this information to a customer representative, you can order by phone at (800) 669-7464 (U.S.) or (914) 592-1188 (international). You do not need to enter credit card information to set up an account.
 

Newsletters

When you sign up for Music Minus One newsletters and special offer updates the information is sent to the e-mail address under which your account resides. To unsubscribe from any newsletter, simply go to your account options page, or click the unsubscribe link that appears at the end of each Music Minus One newsletter.
 

Information Sharing

Occasionally Music Minus One shares customer information (but never credit card information) with trustworthy third parties that we think may be of interest to our customers. In your account preferences, you may request that we not share this information. Music Minus One may also provide overall statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party companies.
