Music Minus One uses 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your information, and offers two methods of online secure purchasing.

Regular Checkout

Music Minus One accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Visa- and MasterCard-related debit cards may be used as well.

PayPal Checkout

Music Minus One also offers our online customers the option of using PayPal. PayPal members can select the PayPal checkout option on the final page of the checkout process.

 Return Policy

We will replace any defective item with a replacement of that item. You must contact our customer service center at (800) 669-7464 or (914) 592-1188 for a Return Authorization Number before returning merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Credit will be given for unopened merchandise only; unfortunately, opened recordings cannot be accepted back for credit.

Shipping Information

Music Minus One ships all in-stock orders received by 4:00 PM EST the same day, once payment authorization has been received from your credit card company. Orders received after 4 PM will be shipped the following day. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail if we have trouble processing your credit card, or if your item is temporarily out of stock or back-ordered.

Music Minus One’s standard Continental U.S. shipping is via Federal Express. However, we also offer the following options:

Next Day Air: Arrives the day following shipping.

Saturday Overnight: For next day delivery on a Saturday. Only available on orders placed up to 4:00 PM on Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Worldwide Service: International orders are delivered via Federal Express. Delivery lengths vary due to accessibility and customs but can be as high as 1-2 weeks in some locations. Please inquire for more information. (Note that customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.)

Music Minus One ships all in-stock orders received by 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time the same day. Orders received after 4:30pm EST will be shipped the following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if your item is back-ordered or temporarily out of stock. U.S. orders for Saturday delivery must be received by 4:00 PM on Fridays
